KARO is the Life-Supporting helper platform being developed for Be A Mate. After training, Connectors, Safety Aiders, Growers and their organisations can sign up to stay connected, access refreshers, receive updates, and connect with Be A Mate case managers and resources.

KARO will have two interfaces: one for trained helpers and trainers to request backup, consultation or extra support, and one for staff to access trained helpers within their organisation or region, depending on what their organisation has enabled
